Password Guidelines

  • All users are required to establish a password for their account.
  • Passwords must follow the guidelines outlined on the Login page.

Returning Users

  • If you are a returning administrator (Admin user) and your current Client ID is the same as the prior year, your login information will remain the same. Continue using the login information you previously used. If it has been more than 90 days since you reset your password, you will be prompted to create a new password..
  • If you are a returning client and you received a new Client ID, use your activation/installation code as the password to access your new account.
  • If you are a returning user (other than the Admin user) and you cannot access your account please contact your office administrator.

FAQs for Office Administrators or the Admin user

  • How do I log in for the first time as the office administrator or Admin user?

    To access your account for the first time you will need to log in as the Admin user. You will need your activation/installation code that is located on your fulfillment confirmation slip or shipping confirmation e-mail.

    1. Enter your Client ID in the Client ID box.
    2. Enter the username Admin in the Username box.
    3. In the Password box enter your activation/installation code.
    4. Click the I'm not a robot check box and select the images based on the instructions shown on-screen, then click the Verify button.
    5. Click the Remember me check box if you want the site to remember your information the next time you log in.
    6. Click Login.
    7. You will be prompted to create a new password for the Admin username. (Passwords are case-sensitive)

    As the Admin user, you should create separate user accounts for your staff members. This allows you to manage your account information so that it is only viewed by those you authorize.

  • How do I reset the Admin user password if I forgot it or it expired?

    To reset the Admin password, click the Reset Password button below and follow the provided instructions.

  • How do I reset the Admin password for a locked account?

    When your Admin user becomes locked, an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address associated with the account

  • How do I log in for the first time as a non-admin user?

    Your office administrator (Admin user) should create user accounts for all staff members. Contact your office administrator for your login information.

    1. Enter your company's Client ID in the Client ID box.
    2. Enter the username that was created for you by your administrator in the Username box.
    3. Enter the temporary password you received in an email in the Password box. The Password box is case-sensitive.
    4. Click the I'm not a robot check box and select the images based on the instructions shown on-screen, then click the Verify button.

    6. Click Login.

    To reset your password, click the Reset Password button below and follow the provided instructions.

  • How do I reset my non-admin user password for a locked account?

    If you cannot reset your password using the Reset Password feature then you need to contact your office administrator to have your account unlocked. When your office administrator unlocks your account, follow the steps under How do I log in for the first time as a non-admin user?.

  • How do I contact the administrator for my office?

    Click the Contact Administrator button shown below and follow the instructions to send an e-mail message to the administrator of your office. You will need to know the Client ID for your office.
